Eagle pose for a beautiful clear blue sky!
Good for focus, concentration and stability!
Strengthen the muscles and loosens the joints too!
Always start by finding your ground before a balance pose.
Twist only as far as comfortable.
Note that arms and legs are twisted in a different direction.
Hold as long as you are relaxed and not hurting in any way. Always delicious!
