Roast all together:
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 Sunflower seeds
take 1-2 teaspoon everyday !
Also, make a bone marrow broth once a week and drink a cup everyday.
