"Meeting Sophia was a true gift. I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year when I first met her...I was admittedly imbalanced...working too much- trying to do too much. Sophia's insight, knowledge, and calm clear energy, blended with her ayurvedic teaching, not only helped me balance my life, but the principles just made sense. I instantly felt more mindful and lighter when putting her teaching into practice....and became pregnant the following month. I continue to see Sophia for massage and Ayurvedic teachings for both myself and my baby boy. She is a true gem." Brooke
