Chai is a great combination of spices to keep us healthy through the year!
I love it all year long even in the summer!
It is easy to make and you can twick it to your liking and your dosha.
1 anis flower
4 cardamom pods crushed
1 Tblsp of fennel seeds
4 slices of ginger root
2-3 cups of water boiling ...
Add the spices
Let simmer for 5-10 minutes
Add some black tea.. A good pinch...I like earl grey or Assam tea. Let summer few more minutes....depending how strong you want it.
Then add some milk and some honey according to your dosha.
