Initial Ayurvedic Consultation which can be combined with any of the programs.
We identify your top health concerns in detail and what changes you envision for yourself.
We compile a complete health history, including family history, typical food intake, lifestyle habits, current supplements and medications.
I will determine your "doshic" imbalances and we will discuss your health goals and how to start your Ayurvedic journey.

A Transformational Day:This is a day dedicated to immerse you into the healing world of Ayurveda. It includes an Ayurvedic consultation in the morning, then break for lunch. In the afternoon you will experience a rejuvenating and blissful Ayurvedic massage (see Ayurvedic treatment page for description) and a brief closing of your experience.
Ayurveda for Vibrant Health:I designed this 4 week program to entirely fit your needs and support you on your path towards better health. You will learn "Ayurveda 101" and how to apply it to your particular needs and your everyday life . You get:

Ayurveda and Therapeutic Yoga:
Re-Vitalize and Re-Ignite Day: A therapeutic yoga session to start the day. We will take time for lunch and in the afternoon you will experience a therapeutic Ayurvedic massage tailored to your needs.
Yoga and Art If you feel drained and you need to take a break from your busy life this is a wonderful session to re-vitalize you. Yoga helps to relax the body and quiet the mind so the spirit can ignite. Making art helps us connect to our soul. When spirit and soul connect, we feel energized and healing can occur. This session is design to your particular needs or for a small group, please request information.
